IOT New Generation Inc is currently seeking an  HR Manager

Job duties include:
–        Identifying staff vacancies and recruiting, interviewing and selecting applicants,
–        Performing staffing duties such as dealing with under-staffing, dispute resolution, firing employees,
–        Identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and work performance problems in order to facilitate
        communication and improve human relations skills and work performance,
–        Scheduling individuals for technical job-related skills training to improve individual work performance,
–        Analyzing compensation policies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.


Education required: Master’s degree

Job location: Woodland Park, NJ
Employment is full-time, 35 hour per week
